All OEM/ODM arrangements require a separate written agreement detailing specifications, minimum order quantities, intellectual property ownership, and confidentiality obligations. Designs, molds, or formulations developed for a client remain subject to the IP terms of the respective OEM agreement.

5.3 Samples

Sample availability and associated costs (product cost and/or shipping fees) are determined on a case-by-case basis and confirmed by our sales team. Samples are provided for evaluation purposes only and do not bind either party to a purchase commitment. Sample specifications may vary slightly from production batches.

5.4 Product Quality & Certifications

Certification documents (such as SGS reports, food-contact safety reports, and other compliance certifications) displayed on this website are for reference only. Valid, up-to-date certification copies applicable to specific shipments will be provided upon request and as part of the formal export documentation package. Buyers are responsible for verifying that our products meet all applicable import regulations in their destination country.

5.5 Shipping & Logistics

Shipping terms, freight costs, container arrangements, port of loading (primarily Dalian Port), and delivery lead times are specified in individual Sales Contracts. Arbitration / Litigation

Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the competent People's Court with jurisdiction in Dalian, Liaoning Province, China, or CIETAC arbitration as agreed in the relevant Sales Contract.

For international commercial transactions, the terms of any applicable bilateral trade agreements and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) may also apply, subject to the provisions of each specific Sales Contract.
